Our philosophy
Setting standards with quality and cordiality
As soon as the sun rises over the peaks, the beauty of the Valais Alps arouses real enthusiasm. We can see it again and again: in the shining eyes of the mountain fans, when they tell you about their hiking tours and ski runs; in the satisfied smile of people seeking relaxation who look out over the mountain paradise of the canton Valais from our Good-Mood-Pool; and in the mighty positive feedback of gourmets who enjoy the home-made and cosmopolitan inspired cuisine of the La Ginabelle restaurant.
We want to offer you only the best and have therefore extended our Hotel La Ginabelle to the Resort La Ginabelle. With the new residence Altiana, we now offer the comfort of apartments and suites combined with all the advantages of our hotel, such as the large wellness area and the restaurants.
Among the new highlights starting summer 2020 are a new 34°C warm infinity pool, a larger SPA, three different restaurants as well as a new buffet area.
What remains the same is our welcoming hospitality and high quality of service. The well-being of our guests is, as always, our top priority.
It is important to us to act future-oriented and sustainable. In order to keep the heat in the house as efficiently as possible, we have decided to equip our new wing Altiana with the best insulation currently available. Before the construction of Altiana was started, we took precautions to be able to heat the rooms as well as the water via climat-neutral geothermal energy.
The existing geothermal boreholes are also sufficient to replace the heating oil in the existing part of the Resort La Ginabelle. Only at absolute peak times do we still have to resort to it. These precautions enable us to reduce our ecological footprint and still maintain our high quality for our guests.
