You are not a house guest and would like to use the GinaSPA? Of course we also welcome external guests. However, our house guests have priority and for this reason we do not allow ourselves to accept external guests above a certain capacity or at certain times of the year. For this reason we also cannot accept reservations.

The GinaSPA is the heart of the resort, spanning over 1,000 m² across three floors. It brings together the water world, sauna world and beauty and vital world into a holistic wellness experience – powered by sustainable geothermal energy and therefore completely CO2-free.

What pools are available in the GinaSPA?

The water world features three pools with temperatures between 34 and 36°C, with the infinity pool as the highlight. With a total of 62 running metres of water attractions and various massage jets, guests have generous space to relax and unwind.

What sauna and steam bath options are available?

In the GinaSPA sauna world, guests will find a variety of saunas and steam baths, including two Finnish saunas, two bio-saunas, two brine steam baths, and two infrared cabins. Afterwards, several relaxation rooms invite guests to rest and recover.

What massages and treatments does the GinaSPA offer?

The GinaSPA team offers a wide range of massages and beauty treatments, including classic hot stone massages, a Zermatt hay bath and further selected beauty and care applications. The SPA team is happy to provide further details.

Is there an adults-only area in the GinaSPA?

Yes. In addition to the family-friendly areas, the GinaSPA features a separate adults-only area for guests seeking peace and relaxation away from children.

Can the GinaSPA also be used by external guests?

Yes, however hotel guests always have priority. From a certain level of occupancy or during certain times of year, external guests may not be admitted and reservations cannot be accepted. Day prices for external guests are CHF 75 for adults, CHF 35 for children aged 11 to 15, CHF 20 for children aged 4 to 10. Children up to 3 years of age have free admission.

Is the GinaSPA sustainably operated?

Yes. The entire GinaSPA is powered by geothermal energy with zero CO2 emissions, in line with the resort's comprehensive sustainability concept.
